Salary: £20, 705 per annum
Hours: 42.5 hours per week Term Time only

We have a fantastic opportunity for a Residential Support Worker to join our close-knit team at The Grange Therapeutic School, Leicestershire. We are looking for an enthusiastic person who will participate in all aspects of work in a residential child care setting.
About the School:
We are specialist provision for boys and girls with Education Health Care Plans for social emotional and mental needs aged 8-18. We are situated in the beautiful Leicestershire countryside, with close access to major roads, in a Victorian country house. We have with fantastic facilities to develop not only the educational, but also the social and emotional needs of our pupils. With access to woods and lakes on site, the school has an ethos about delivering a personalised curriculum tailored to and driven by the individuals.

You will work as part as an established team, proving a safe nurturing environment for our residential students. You will be responsible for the safety and security of the house and surrounding buildings.
To undertake, when required, duties with residents who may require assistance during the night, to respect their values of privacy, dignity and confidentiality of the pupils.
